Privacy Policy

Opus Fuel is operated by ESL Trucking Inc. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Contact us at info@opusfuel.com.

Account information: your name, email address, password (stored as a one-way hash), and role in your organization.

Organization information: company name and the team members you invite.

Vehicle telematics: when you connect Samsara, we pull vehicle identifiers, names, GPS location, heading, speed, fuel level, odometer, and fuel economy on your behalf. Your Samsara access token is stored encrypted.

Fuel discount files: the spreadsheets, PDFs, or images you upload and the prices and discounts we extract from them.

Messaging identifiers: Telegram bot tokens and group identifiers you connect so plans can be sent to drivers.

Usage and logs: pages visited, plans generated, and technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting.

To operate the service: show your fleet on the map, generate fuel plans, apply your discounts, send driver alerts, and email you about your account. To keep the service secure and reliable. To respond to your support requests. We do not use your data to train AI models.

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Vercel (application hosting) and Supabase (database hosting)
• HERE Technologies (truck routing and geocoding; receives route start and end points)
• OpenRouter and Google (AI parsing of the discount files you upload; receives the file contents)
• Samsara and Telegram (the integrations you connect)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Stripe (only if you pay by card; we never store card numbers)

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose data if required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active. Each discount upload replaces the previous snapshot for that provider. When you close your account, we delete your organization's data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Integration tokens are encrypted at rest. All traffic uses TLS. Every request is scoped to your organization so no other customer can see your data. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will notify you without undue delay.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, or close your account, by emailing info@opusfuel.com. We respond within 30 days.

The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced in the service or by email.
