Which fuel cards work?
Any provider that gives you a price or discount file: TA, Pilot, Love's, Comdata, EFS, WEX, and others. Upload it as Excel, CSV, or PDF and the rates are read automatically.
Do drivers need to install anything?
No. Plans go to the driver's existing Telegram group as a message with the stops, gallons, and a map link for each one.
What do you need from our Samsara account?
A read-only API token with access to vehicles, locations, and stats. You create it in Samsara under Settings, API Tokens, and paste it once.
How current are the prices?
As current as your last upload. Each rate shows its age on the discounts page, and after 48 hours the app warns you and plans on retail until a new file arrives.
What does it cost?
